If its has a grill could be #101, or #72

not sure at this point...
It is sound except for a small tear on the right side between two perfs and a small tear in the bottom about 1/2mm in a perf..

It does have the shading lines in top ribbon so I think 72 a or b. I can't see a grill on that scan SV?
