I've been searching for a #313 for quite a while. Saw this one on ebay and really don't plan on bidding on it. However, just visually, it doesn't look right. The top and bottom perfs look awfully close to the design and clean cut (particularly on the bottom). Sorry about the fuzzy image - it is what it is. What say all the reperfing experts out there? Is it the genuine article or has it been doctored?

I think there's a 50-50 chance the Seller has intentionally cropped the image to hide perf problems and/or reperfing. You really can't tell for sure with this crummy image.

But, the stamp is clearly damaged, with a round UR corner, and blunt perfs along the center of the left side. A junk space-filler.

I wouldn't call it a space-filler just yet.

We may not be looking at the same thing -- but I don't see blunt perfs on the left side near the middle. I only see what appears to be the edge of a cancel obscuring the teeth.

In the pic, the top of the stamp is slightly curled, so I cannot do a rotate/flip direct comparison between the top/bottom perforations.

For sure, if the seller is serious about getting a good price, they should post a much better (i.e., stamp is truly flat) pic.
