2 & 6 Cent George Washington's Question On 1903 319 A129

Ok guys maybe you can help me out here on these..In Scott catalog for the 1903 319 A129 2C the list under it is long (a - q)
First of all,is this a rose or scarlet?
Type I or II
Type I says the leaf "2" penetrates the border
Type II says Strong line forming border left of leaf
Also some good used prices for As "G" scarlet..whats this mean? As "g" ??
Also under m. As "g" lake,I (whats lake mean)
Confusing stuff ..help anyone??
What color is this and what type?? Is this a "g" scarlet I ?




ok now on the 336 A140 6c red orange,there are a few types of George Washingtons in regards to toga ropes,the 5th line,and the lips..there is a type I,II and a III,,what type would you say this is?

The 319 is Type I rose.

The 6 cent stamp was of only one die type. The 2 and 3 cent issues of this design used multiple die types.
