Plate Numbers That I Have

hi again all

this is a list of all the plate numbers that I have
i am sorry there are so many.
all are used and on cover.
i have looked on the pnc3 site and it is great.

As A Collector Of Plate #s I Would Not Buy An Unused Cover.
I Think A Good Rule Of Thumb For Legitimate Used Covers Would Be
Retail At Full Catalogue Value.
Bearing In Mind That Most Stamps Off Cover Sell At A percentage Of The Book Value.
First Day Canceled Covers Sell For A Little More
Depending On The cachet Of Cachet Maker.
