i seem to attract strange and different stamps.
i have never heard of a part perf postage due of this design.
does anyone know how this can occur.
does it have any value?
i hope this does not bother me asking questions about my stamps.

i still like it if value or not.

thanks for any help

Dan, the right side of your stamps has
a normal straight edge, which would have
been created when the larger sheet was cut
down into smaller panes. I am guessing that the small
arrow in the bottom right corner is part of the
cutting guide from when the full sheet was printed.
The left side looks like someone cut the perfs off of
it. The side slants down from the top left to the
bottom when I view it. I can not think of any reason
for the PO to issue coil postage due stamps as they would
never be loaded into a coil stamp dispensing machine for
public purchase.

To my eye it doesn't look as if someone cut the perfs off on the left (or right for that matter) since the perfs that show on either side are well inside the straight edges. I would guess this was possibly cut with scissors to separate the stamps because the perfs didn't complete the job.

Since I am pretty sure they didn't do these in coil I say MW has a good idea.
