i do not know how to give a value for a cover like this.
i am sorry if I always ask for the value of things but if I do not asks I will never find out.

Hi Dan.....

The PNC has a book value of $2.00 used if it has solid tagging, $3.50 if it has mottled tagging.........but, with that cancel I doubt you could ever get that much. Also, this item looks more like a cut corner rather than an intact cover which would make a big difference in value.

At the very least, this gives you a starting point.
