I'm not sure this applies at this point in your
battle with a dishonest seller, but I think there's no way Justina
(if that is her real name) can bring any charges against you. I'm sure
the Indonesia Embassy has more presing things to do than see to this person's complaints against you concerning an ebay purchase.
I would chalk it up as a lesson well learned and go forward from here.

may I ask ? how if after I returned, the object really loss on the way from indonesia to Netherland ?

he/she told me, when he opened the envelope ( DHL ), my EMS envelope, inside the DHL envelope. my EMS envelope already opened, and inside already no that 'stamp', only left stock card..
I checked to our Post Office, the EMS used DHL to forwading the cargo to Europe.

Paypal have an insurance for this chase ?

Send correspondence from this person to ebay and Paypal..keep after her..she already has negative feedback..they should block her from doing business on ebay at least until your situation has been resolved....

no police, no anybody asked me again about this case.. not from paypal too.
i asked paypal, and nothing they can do. the seller now is unregistered member in ebay.
and I also cant got my payment :) but it was my first bad experience in ebay. nevermind, I will keep buy in ebay..

I had not seen this topic before, but it is amazing... the certificate is completely worthless. It claims that the "stamp" is an official facsimile (whatever that may mean) and it has been issued by Bor Tohin in Lelystad. The seller happens to be called Justina Nihot-Van Oudenaren in Lelystad and I just had a look in the phonebook for Lelystad. There is only one Nihot listed - Rob Nihot (address: Langstraat xx) and I have no doubt this is Justina's husband. Just read his name backwards.
The wonders you can do with photoshop and a good printer... This was a fraud-action from the start, and the mail threatening to call the police is pure bluff, if you ask me.

Wow. You just have to wonder about some people.

You know what I would do Jan-Simon is get a newspaper reporter involved with this situation to do a story on this crook. It is quite possible that fraud charges could result in the Netherlands against him.
