I am sure it can be done in any of the photo software programs. I happened to do it within Microsoft Picture Manager, but that's only one of many programs that have such capabilities.

Wow that's awesome! I have a stamp that I would just relish in being able to get a glimpse of the cancel(s) on it. It's my 36b. I been trying in vein to make sense out of that red cancellation but for the life of me I cannot! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No problem. I tried to make the cancel more visible with Photoshop but I don't know how to do it. I'll keep tinkering.
