This copy of Scott 319 has a very bright pink color and I could not
find any reference to this stamp having a pink shade.

Maybe the leather postcard has affected the stamp?

What do others think,is it a changeling or a shade variety?

Thanks for your help

Paul

Color has been changed via a chemical reaction being on that surface for 106+ years - Not uncommon.

It may be but, I thoroughly love it! Looks all pinkish or almost a salmon color don't it? The stamps' paper looks brown! neat.
