Those are truly beautiful Seal! I never seen a real #56 before. The bottom one maybe looks re-perforated on the right and left sides (and the bottom

EDIT:I had to edit this post as I just noticed that the Scott catalog say's that they're no longer considered a true postage stamp; more accurately it states that:

If that's the case then why the design difference? Why ornaments have been elaborated and the little balls added to them then? Although it does go on to say (in a 1960's Scott's pocket guide) that:

the paper is thin and translucent/ semitransparent and doubts that no.'s 55-62 was regularly issued.
So I guess that's just the way it is then. I'm still going to own one though.
