I was going thru an image file that I made and was examining cancellations....and for some reason, this particular one seems to strike a chord of familiarity... maybe Im wrong....but I thought it might be identifiable?
Top looks like a geometric grid and bottom a smudge but I elaborated a bit more on the latter of the two images on your other post on this particular image.
