How would you evaluate this stamp in terms of its market value?

As a precancel, I know the value is diminished from a regular used stamp that has a $90 SCV. On the other hand, it's got pretty solid perforations and the stamp is well centered.

Just curious as the stamp is currently on an ebay auction with two days left to go and only one bid at $0.99 so far with no reserve and only $1 shipping. Sounds like it could be a deal.

I'd throw a $10 bid at it. It is still a very nice example.

Eight bids have already been received and jacked up the price to $13.49 with less than 4 hours to go. (I guess it's not the bargain I thought it was.)
