Just wondering if anyone has a complete or nearly complete US Postage Due Collection, including the Scott color varieties?

And if so, would you be willing to post scans? -

J29 - J67 are causing me fits when I try to figure out the minor varieties... The major's are easy enough to get a handle on - It's the colors! arghh... My Scott Color Guage isn't doing much for me when the shades are close...

I think I have J1 - J28 all figured out...,same with J79 - J87...

Thanks,
Eric

I have a small collection of US Postage Dues, but like you, I have yet to figure out all of the subtle color differences, so I can't help you much.

Why not post some of the stamps you have questions on and let's see if SCF members can help you out?

Besides, it would be an interesting study for those of us who may not yet have tackled some of these minor varieties and may even re-kindle an interest in giving our Postage Due collections another look!

The only way to figure out shades on postage dues is to have about 100 of each type, then the shades will become more apparent.
