I've had these for a while and always wondered about them.
The 2 blocks are printed by the American Banknote Company, but are non-denominated.Are these considered revenues? If so,are they listed anywhere? If not, what are they?

The last image is denominated, and gummed on the back, and measures 2.125" x 4.25". Is it some sort of revenue?

I think it's safe to consider them all state revenues, but the undenominated ones may be specimens or proofs; I have similar items from Ohio. They were designed to go on liquor containers or packaging.

The undenominated stamps were issued that way, they were color coded by year. Idaho was for 1947 and Utah was for 1943.

I got mine out and looked at them; it's the "finished" stamps with no serial number that are proofs or specimens (or even printer's waste), isn't it?

The Idaho stamp shown is identified as SRS #ID LS7. (Retails for $5 each on Eric Jackson's website)

The Utah stamp shown is identified as SRS #UT LS6. (Retails for $3 each on Eric Jackson's website)

The Texas Mature Citrus Fruit stamp is "likely" identified as SRS #TX CF84. I say "likely" as Eric Jackson's website only lists these stamps through 1977 (which was SRS #TX CF83) so it stands to reason the 1978 variety would take the next catalog number.

Knowing Eric's prices, I would think that the blocks are probably actually worth about $15-$20 each realistically.

Thanks for the information. I didn't think about using Eric Jackson's website for identification since I wasn't sure if they were considered revenues. Even identified a couple more I had, from his site. Nothing rare or expensive, but at least they are identified now.
