Just wanted to get your opinion on this stamp, but does it look like it's been reperfed on the right side or is it me?

Thanks,

Look at the edge of the design in the UR and LR corners. Each corner should be in the same position with respect to a perforation hole. In both the horizontal and vertical perfs, it is not, i.e., the corner points to a perf hole or a perf nib. Might have been reperfed on both the bottom and the right side. But, why bother for the extra $1 or $2?

I doubt it was reperfed. I agree with doug2222, there isn't any real added value on this particular stamp. Although some of my older low value stamps collectors reperfed to clean up natural straight edges and mangled perfs.

The short answer is YES it has been re-perforated at least on the right side.
