Just wondering if anyone can give me any views or further info on these two,
Us Washington 3 cents are my all time US stamp,Its just frustrating to know for sure what you have tho,

I like the cancel on the bottom one. It looks as if they stamped it with the date for the 11th then realized it was the 12th and corrected it?

Need the frame lines to determine. If I try and enlarge it through Firefox it just gets blurry. Do you have a scanner ? If so, scan it @ 1200dpi, crop the area around the Stamp so you're not saving blank space. You should be able to use photobucket or another hosting site and then post a scan something around this size.

Had to see the detail with these scans but the pen cancel looks to be 11. On other would need a higher resolution scan.

The pen cancelled stamp is an #11 from Plate 4. Can't tell on the other one.
