are there good online resources for helping identify the different US Flag stamps? I have a Scott's US Specialized but only the 2004 edition which doesn't have the later issues (and my failing eyesight makes reading it a little difficult ... online pictures would be great! Thanks!

A nice assortment of plate number coils.

Note that first two stamps on the bottom row are not the same, however. The first one is a Scott 3632 and the second is a Scott 3631. The type of perforations and location of the plate number makes it easy to identify those varieties.

yep I pulled that one out ... the rest along the bottom are all 3632's and I think all the top 2003's are 3632a's

The Adminware site has a section for identifying the 32-cent Flag over Porch series.

Clifhiker, one site that may be of help is the Plate Number Coil Collectors ( PNC3 ) website. You can find it at http://www.PNC3.org.
