My favorite is the religious Christmas stamp, followed extremely close by the Louisiana statehood stamp

The scouting stamp. Best design input. Best message delivery. Better than all the rest.

When seen in its entirety, the 2012 issues seem remarkably bland and uninteresting. Only a couple really stand out and even then they are not eye grabbers.

Done. Great colors and print quality on the Chinese New Year issue. Also liked the birds of prey, and both Christmas issues. Cherry Trees weren't too bad. USS Constitution were nice but the print quality could have been better.

I like the poet stamps, but the nostalgic charm and unpretentious design of the weathervanes win my vote.

Easy !

The Flags of our Nation, Part 6 , a superb series albeit hard to display.
Followed closely by the Four Flags issue.

Am I biased or what ?

Londonbus1.....Patriotic too !

Wow! The USPS issued a lot of stamps this year. I voted for the wave of colour, though I know it won't be a popular choice. I found nothing else stood out to me. Many of the designs are just regurgitations of old designs. Some are too busy, too muddy or too mushy (enough with the LOVE stamps already!).
Maybe a stamp doesn't have to be 'about' something.
