2013 Year Of The Snake Stamp

Yet another early release of a 2013 stamp, this time for the Chinese New Year (Year of Snake) Stamp:



Since the issue date is apparently January 16, 2013 (before the postal rate increase takes effect) these Forever stamps will initially be sold at the $0.45 rate.

As is the usual case, the stamps are only sold in panes of 12 (no lesser stamp sales) and yes, Press Sheets with and without die cuts will also be available.
