Just looking for some info regarding these 2 stamps value? and if the 1 cent is a error.

I believe your 1c is just experiencing ink transfer from another stamp.

The first stamp on the left is a Large Banknote Scott #213 (09/10/1887)

YEP! It was from the sheets being stacked on one another after they was printed, which was done by flat plate printing. It's very common on these issues.

What you should look for is one where the backside printing is 'normal', not 'reversed' - as with the SC 73f:

Correct on the both. the right one looks like a Scott 498 perf 11 flat plate. It is common to see offset transfer from the stacking while the ink was wet.
