I just received my #298 today. Man what a nice stamp. Getting one of these certainly makes someone want to get more. Like all of them. This series is possible on a limited budget unlike like those top Dollar Trans Mississippi's

The perforation tips on the left hand side look to be coloured.

But stamps is so beautifully centered.

How can the perforations have part of the next stamps print on them?

It looks to be a mint stamp and not used.

Confused but very interesting.

Stallzer The 298 was advertised as mint HR OG. The back has gum and slight remnant. I am satisfied. I am new at buying stamps have only bought a few stamps on ebay but learned mint doesn't mean much. It seems some called mint are far from it. I stick with what we called cars back in high school. If it was mint there was not a mark on it.

It appears postally used to me. The price might still have been right.
