Perhaps this side-by-side example of the mis-registration as compared to a correct version of the stamp will help. Notice in particular the reins on the donkey look doubled, and the lettering "Christmas" appears fuzzy:
I think the color mis-registration is too minor to be considered anything more than a "freak" at best and if other similar examples are any indication, it's probably worth no more than face value either.
All the stamps are printed this same way on the 8 stamps printed on the front side of the booklet; however, there is no such printing anomaly on the 12 stamps on the reverse side of the booklet.
