Same, I think your translation software misinterpreted something. Luck ? What you have is a mis-perf.

You need to find the webpages for Jacques Schiff, one of the most prominent U.S. dealers in errors like this block. He may have something similar, with a retail price.

I see a ton of these literally on a daily basis and unless it's just something really super mis-aligned they are a dime a dozen. these are just MAYBE on the edge and possibly worth checking out. (Personally I would not) You only need to look on auction sites what they're getting and NOT what they're asking for them. There just is not a big market for these and only really E.F.O. collectors ,or the odd random "I WANT THAT" bid that wins them. I wish I had better news for you. These are referred to as the CIA errors. It was there that these was first discovered. -me

The CIA error was a bona-fide INVERT, not a misperforated EFO. My guess would be this is a $10+ item, not quite a dime a dozen. I'd personally pay $10 for it if it has full gum and no damage.

Correct. My apologies doug2222 It wasn't in frame when I was typing that but obviously I stand corrected. However I seen worse perforation alignment and flame much more out of skew for asking anywhere from a few thousand (yeah right) to under 30 bucks. I also have seen them sell for those amounts too so really I believe this is what I'd call a wild card. It's off enough to be desirable but not too bad (to the E.F.O. enthusiasts) to command the prices that stuff like the CIA and some of the "bonafied" off-the-wall stuff, so really, if I was in your spot (and wanted to sell) I would just shop it around and take the highest offer. Or you could do the ole ebay appraisal ...lol

Jacques Schiff never had a webpage. The owner is retired and the company no longer exists due to a car accident a while back.

Thanks, rev. I wondered why I hadn't seen any ads lately. Who's next in line, as an experienced and reliable source for EFO information?
