I found a bunch of perfins when sorting but this one sort of stood out from the rest to me for some reason or another, so I thought maybe I would ask about it. Who knows there could be a neat story here someplace or nothing at all? Either way I'm curious.

It's not ornate just a little "m" a large "L" and a small "c" = mLc

M C Lilley of Columbus O.
They had a similar MLC from Cleveland but I think this is the Columbus.
Both are common.

Apparently they made swords and cutlery. See, that right there was worth the question! Again, thank you.

While searching them I found a link to SCF! Apparently a member owns an advertising cover from the Co.
