Hello, my name is christopher, I am ziggy9's son, and I am ten years old. I collect stamps with cats and birds, I also want to collect Star Wars stamps  Does anyone know if any country ever printed lego stamps?  thank you Christopher |

Get your dad to let you make some of your own lego stamps. http://photo.stamps.com/Store/?source=si10985886My daughters love doing this. Star Wars stamps are cool but I don't have many of them. I know some special people here will send you some animal stamps. My daughter collect's them too. |

YES! As you know, Lego is Danish. The Danes issued a stamp honouring their invention of Lego. It was issued on 11 May 1989, as part of Their Europa set of the same year. The Scott catalogue number is: 871. Value: mint $1.40, used: 20¢; according to my 2005 Scott Catalogue.
Keep your eyes open for a used copy, they are around.
