My Sister sent my Daughter a gift all done up in a nice box but it was literally ripped and torn wide open on one end, but thankfully I believe most of it, if not all of it made it to it's destination- my house! The post office closed it back up and sealed it back shut with 2 different styles and materials. The label #107R January 2008 U.S.P.S. red, white & blue eagle head tape and a little white label stating that Item Received with possible Damage and a number for who knows what? Here is the pic of it.

Wow! Looks like some of the stuff I have received in the mail! I have no earthly idea what the number is for, but look at that notice! Even the peop;e at the post office do not know how to spell the word "received" correctly twice in a row!

Those USPS Priority Mail Labels can be interesting to collect in their own right. There are a surprisingly large number of different labels with that number (Label 107 or 107R), some of which are shown at this link:

Interesting (to me anyway) how the USPS spelled RECEIVED incorrectly - cie - then correctly underneath.
Can't they afford spellcheck?
