I was thinking of putting this cover up on ebay, checked on ebay and there is one other listing where the seller has for $60.00 buy it now. Comments, too high a price?
If time isn't a consideration you may wish to wait and see if the one listed sells at $60 or check completed listings to see if oterhs have previously been listed/sold. Nice cover but would seem to be of interest to a real specialist.
Your example seems as if it's a 21st anniversary cover, which may be collectible to some, but not a significant anniversary as a 20th, 25th or 50th anniversary cover would be.
