The cover is FAM-24 (Foreign Airmail Route #24)
Inaugural Service: NEW YORK and BOSTON-LONDON, ENGLAND
Subsidiary: American Airlines
Date: 10/23/1945
Route became Part of FAM-18, operated by Pan American Airline
Additional Route Expansion: Copenhagen, Denmark; Oslo, Norway & Stockholm, Sweden.
F24-13b: OSLO to STOCKHOLM, APRIL 7-8, 1946 (no cachet!) 1,000 pieces

There is a note on page 1930 of the 5th Edition AAMC (American Airmail Society Catalogue). Bottom-line: if the cover you must have a Sweden receiving cancel backstamp between the dates of April 4th to 7th, 1946 to be a genuine first flight cover; otherwise this is not a true First Flight.

You might find this link interesting. As noted in the previous post, specifically checkout F24-13b:

Here's a scan of that cover with a more readable postmark (courtesy of Jim Forte's Postal History website):

In fact, if you enter the information in a search engine, you'll find a number of these covers for sale on ebay, Bidstart, etc., with BIN prices ranging from $10 to $20 on average.
