I've never heard of these until now. What does one do with them?

They could be suitable for framing I would think. These kinds of philatelic items have been around for many decades. I have a bunch of huge art prints from the National Gsllery of Art of a few famous American paintings - George Washington and artist John Copley. Each large print has the related stamp at one corner with a first day cancel. They date to the 1960's. Again, nice in a frame, but impossible to mount in any form of album.

These are only about 8.5 x 11. They could be framed, but who would want to?

A fan of the various movies, a school classroom, etc. Not sure about the UPU one - maybe someone who works there.

Most of those are also known as "Maximum Cards". Believe it or not, the philatelic community has a special name for that collecting discipline known as "Maximaphily".

Check out this previous thread for more information and links to a number of different sites specializing in these sort of things both in the US and Worldwide:

Thanks, WT 1. I suppose I can give them to someone who would appreciate them. To me, they're just a storage problem.
