The SC#64 is tough by a scan - monitors do not read true color ... they have to be color calibrated with a special software program (expensive) and mine hasn't been. I wouldn't hazard a guess. You will need to get a certificate to find out if it is a true #64. IF, the pair is Plate#19899 was a SC#599 UnWmk Rotary Print Vert Perf 10 Coil issued January 9, 1923 my eyes aren't good enough to read the partial # even when enlarged.
