OK, I was browsing through an old stock book (looking for room to put some more stuff -lol) and I noticed this odd looking little fellow? I can't seem to tell if it's a part of a box cancel, or a pre-cancel with an odd font or what? I'm just not versed in pre-cancels and thought one of the specialists may have an idea what this may be?

It's a scott #728

You know what Russ? I never seen that until I scanned it and you pointed it out! Thank you.
