Is This A Carmine Lake Or Scarlet #319 ?

I have this #319 that is a lot darker and richer color than the others and was wondering if it's a Lake copy or a scarlet? Also what is the Scott listing (a,b,c..)for one and value? Thank you for an help or advice.
I noticed from the scan that it doesn't "pop" like it does in real life but I think it may show enough to show what I mean?

I should mention that it's the 3rd stamp from the left or the first stamp in second row. They are split into groups of TI. & TII. (they may be a bit mixed in the scan)

Carmine Lake is a dark carmine shade. Scarlet has some orange in it, it's a lighter, very bright shade.

It is a TII and I believe it to be Lake. So Lake TII. #319f
