It seems, my Scott National Album set doesn't have space for an newly acquires set of US Postal Notes PN-1-18? Or am I missing this page?

The "Postal Notes" you find on documents and forms and old money orders are worth looking for - most once "on cover" have been soaked off.

Wow! $50 for the pages. Then I'll have a bunch of other Revenue stamps to collect. I may just arrange them on a blank page.

Postal notes are not revenue stamps, they were part of the money order service for sending amounts under $1. They really should be with the pages containing parcel post, special handling, etc., just as they are in the catalog.

"On cover" examples are around, they usually sell in the $10-$12 range.
