Yes. They were very common in their day. The product of the Washington Press (Artcraft Cachets) they were typically known as Maximum Cards, Credo Cards or Portrait Cards. They were produced for many US Presidents and other notable dignitaries worldwide and they typically sell for $5 to $25, depending on subject matter and scarcity.
