I have an Official First Day of Issue Cover of the Signing of The Declaration of independence July 4, 1976, containing a reproduction of a painting of the Declaration of Independence reproduced across four 13-cent stamps, over the signature of President Gerald Ford. I don't know the value of an original Gerald Ford signature but at least one sight I found in a Google search indicated that his autographs were fairly common.

Without the signature, the cover had a 2011 catalog value of $2.00.

If the signature was applied by autopen then I would think that the cover would be in the catalog value range.

Does the 4 stamp block of a reproduction of a painting of the Declaration of Independence reproduced across four 13-cent stamps have a value?
