Well, just so you know- I am by NO means any kind of expert on these, but I am learning. Maybe Sinclair, kirk or Russ will chime in as they seem to be the forum sages on these. Don't go jotting down my evaluation because it may not be right. The smallest of details can make it a totally different stamp all together.

ILS is correct, the stamp is a Type II, Scott #7.
