i would like to know if there is somewhere on the internet where I can get pages to put my stamps on?

There are several online. I've attached one link for US stamps from 1847-1940. You might want to go to stampalbums.com for any others that you'd like.

You still need to provide your own paper. Just make the sure the paper is acid free. Heavier stock is a good idea unless you keep the pages in archival quality page protectors.

A variety of free page downloads are available at a variety of urls, and change regularly. As Kirk has recommended, use a search engine.
