I am new to perfins but obtained several sheets of US modern commemoratives with a "Texas star" perfin. Can these be used as postage or do they have added value?
Perfins was used to curtail the theft of postage from a business so not sure if you could use them for postage or not? Only added vale to a specialized perfin collector that want it.
