It's not really a souvenir sheet, but a pane of 10. They're sold this way in a sealed plastic sleeve with a stiffener. You won't see this listed in Scott, although the frame is similar to Scott 3CVP2. The sales price is much higher than the face value--it's more tourist souvenir than actual postage. To me, it's still philatelic, so it goes in the collection.
