Very nice humorous post card! Historically interesting too. You don't see too many guys wearing top hats these days. The postmark is a little faint, but it looks like Newport, New Hampshire to me.

The stamp is Scott #300 blue green 1c Franklin, issued in February, 1903.

I looked up the artist name ,Ferdi Roedel ,,He was a pretty successful poster artist in the later 19th century with some noteable works to his credit.

Do you recognise the logo on the post card ,, Im still trying to find out who printed and distributed the card ?

You guys have missed the most important part!!

Look at the address. There is a name and then the town.

So apparently when it gets to that town in New Hampshire, they'll just know who that person is.

Charlestown has a quirky history. In 1781, the locals got irritated with the New Hampshire state government, and joined Vermont! By 1783, that romance was over, and they returned to New Hampshire.
