Phil -- I think that's a keeper. Those "waves" stamps haven't been available in a lot of post offices.

Here's the long discussion we had...

You lucky dog you!I can not even buy those at the post office to put on my packages! And please be careful soaking these; from what I understand they do not take kindly to water! Peter.

Nice to get all three on the same piece! I just received the USPS high value mail use pack for 2012 yesterday. It includes - Lancaster County, Pennsylvania (Scenic American Landscapes)
- Sunshine Skyway Bridge (Priority MailŪ)
- Carmel Mission (Express MailŪ)
- Waves of Color: $1 Wave, $2 Wave, $5 Wave, and $10 Wave.

Expensive they are! Dan

I have a couple of the Waves of Color from incoming office mail. Very nice cancel on those Phil!

And ILS - what a great "dumpster" find! I'm not ashamed to say that I will pick up any stamped envelopes I happen to see in the wastebaskets around here.

It wasn't in a dumpster or anything but a wastebasket by his roommate's desk so it looked relatively safe.

On that last scan (from a roommate's wastebasket) does anyone find it interesting that the $5.15 Sunshine Skyway Stamp has a rather unique UR corner die cut? It seems different from the other corners. Is it normal or some sort of die cut anomaly?
