Mike McClung had these for sale last week, and on Easter Sunday, at my father-in-law's senior apartment, I won both of these for about $30 apiece.

They aren't perfect, but they ARE both #64 on cover, and really pretty pink.

1st one is dated 10/10/1861, looks like from Buffalo, and Mike described as "true pink" great color, and to me, the stamp looks like the paper is toning, maybe a little yellowish:

Next one, not dated, but faintly can make out that it is from Urbana, OH, on the back of the cover he describes as "pastel pink" which is not one of the "official" shades, but would be the first variety I have of pink:

Stamp only:

Enjoy-- Ray

It really is a world of difference when you see the actual Pink compared to the 65's that look Pink for a moment :)

Nice pick up Ray.

To see one "in person", as it were, is totally unlike squinting over a computer monitor takin the word of somebody. Ray these are beauties!

I been looking for a #66 (I know they're not pink!) but same design though! lol Congrats on your 64!
