James I don't think I have ever seen one quite like that. It resembles that dormeus(<-sp?) one however? I bet RUSS would know in a snap though!?

I believe the cancel shown at this link is the same. Described as a Columbia Horizontal Line Machine Cancel:

Per the U.S. Machine Cancel Finder at http://swansongrp.com/macht315.html it is a Columbia rectilinear with horizontal lines cancel machine impression.
