In 1979 United Nations made an agreement with Austria to issue stamps in schilling denomination. One office of the UNPA is in Vienna (New York, Geneva).

This is from 1993, set of two stamps (Human Right), issued wit TAB. AUSTRIA NETTO KATALOG lists UN (Vereinte Nationen) separately.

The top cover shows U.N. Offices in Vienna, Scott #150, first day of issue June 11, 1993.

The other marking commemorates a concurrent "Human Rights" philatelic exhibition in Kiev, Ukraine; nice combo cover.
