I'm new to the Stamp Community, but have been collecting Canada and the provinces for years, and have recently started with Jugoslavia and the Balkans (especially Serbia.)
Welcome to the forum, Bil. My guess is if there are Jugoslavia experts out there, they will be sure to let themselves be known. This is a pretty active forum with a lot of good advice, tips and stories.
I collect all Jugoslavian and Serbian stamps as well. Im glad that your are interested in Serbian stamps. Are you collecting just old Serbian stamps (pre WW1) or new ones as well?
