Shouldn't it be an International rate?
(and would the amount vary based on whether it was an African or European swallow?)

European swallows will be used to deliver standard first class mail, whereas African swallows will be used for International mail. Missing from this picture is the new proposed stamp for media mail. I've attached a picture for your viewing pleasure!  |

Here is a souvenir sheet from Dominica of the Monty Python Holy Grail movie.  Also Great Britain has a Monty Python stamp in 2011 called Spamalot from their Musicals issue of stamps.  |
