Welcome shedug! You don't give us much to work with. This is speculation because you don't tell us the perforations. They made both stamps in a variety of them as well as watermarked or not. however, based on the shade of the green stamp it looks like a Scott 543 perf 10 rotary press stamp from 1921. The value is about 70 cents to a buck. The 2 cent red is either the 1923 perf 11 or the 1926 perf 11 x 10.5. Either way it is worth 50 cents to a buck. It's not going to make you rich but it is a start! Bill
Thank you for your help. Sorry for the lack of information. It looks like you may have correctly identified the stamps. The green stamp is perforated 9.5 and the red stamp is 11 x 10.5. I haven't yet tested for a watermark. Would a watermark or lack of a watermark make a difference in value?
