A little quiz, and NOT to be answered by Art Launier or by Winston Sinclair, please.....

I posted this earlier and thought I'd change the title. It is a Type Va, position 10L5.

Why was this the easiest stamp that I've ever plated? Not that I've plated a lot of these-- but there is a good reason why this one was very easy.

Here is the plating diagram in Neinken's book:

NOTE: The "B" at the bottom of the plating diagram, stands for "blur" and in the stamp image it is very noticeable--

Enjoy!
Ray

Well....I was hoping that someone might take a shot at this one. Since it has the center line on the right side, it must be one of the last positions on the left side, and with 10 stamps in each row, the position must end with a "0". I suspected that it was an "A" relief, and I've been able to plate more of the "A" relief stamps than others, but if it was a Type Va, as I suspected, and "A" relief, which is the top row, the only stamp it could be would be 10L5.....

Thanks-- Ray
