Few people love a bargain or a find more than we stampcollectors..but theres another side to the coin...as true collectors there is that one item that we will not rest until we acquire. Within our limits of course..most of us would not spend a years earnings to get the item..but we would go through quite a bit to claim it !

Ah Rick, it would just end up in a cover album..i have purchased some nice covers over the years..they are just resting in a book !

Phil..sometimes that illusive item may only cost a few bucks or so.

In my case, I have spent around three years looking for an Allenstein
SC 16..( Have to double check the catalog # ) to complete the 30 or so stamps that were issued by the province
