I was wondering if anyone could help identify which .03 rose Washington this is?
Thank you for any help you might give me!
I'm thinking this is the F grille #94, but I'm not sure.

I count 12x17 which would be the F grille #94. The only grilled one I have too

I know why it's the only one I have......because it's cheap!
I always assume if I run across something, it's not going to be worth anything!
Don't care though, because it's fun to collect stamps!

Yeah...there was a day when a stamp that couldn't be identified between two possibilities always got judged to be the cheaper one...but those unknowns are becoming fewer and farther between. Now it is the cheaper one because it really is...not because I can't really ID it.
